2) As soon as you've completed the form, please contact us at sami@samiglascott.com to schedule an appointment. We will meet you at your home.
3) During our first meeting, we will treat it as an interview and based on what we see, we will propose how we can best work for you. Expect that we will walk through every room of your home and discuss the following:
- Your timeline and financial expectations
- Our findings of an initial comparative market analysis
- Our proposed strategic plan for selling your home
After you’ve interviewed 2-3 real estate licensees, we’ll wait to hear from you if you’ve selected us as your real estate team. For a more detailed explanation, click steps to selling your home.
Buyers
If you are planning on using a mortgage loan, your first step should be to find a mortgage lender. They will help you explore your options to determine the best loans for your financial needs and provide you with a prequalification letter. Click here for our recommended mortgage lenders. If you plan to use cash, you will need a proof of funds letter from your bank where you hold the majority of your accounts. Once you have a letter in hand, you are ready to interview real estate licensees.
